Time Pieces International - third party fulfillment services
Time Pieces International originally commissioned Global Response to supply a secured storage and simple fulfillment services for their watches. Today, we perform comprehensive third party fulfillment services. The line of products has since expanded into jewelry, luggage, belts and purses.
We receive the merchandise into our secure facility from the manufacturers. Before the products are shipped, they are inspected and re-packaged to ensure they arrive to every customer in good working condition.
While the UK Time Pieces international call centre handles the majority of telephone orders, the Global Response call center handles after hours and overflow calls.
Our warehouse imports daily orders sent to our secure website. TPI call centre agents also enter orders directly into our order entry system using a secure remote connection. We then process fulfillment orders on a daily basis, pick pack and ship from the complete TPI line of merchandise.
Product returns are often accompanied by a request for exchange or battery changes and adjustments to wrist bands. Other times the returns program include requests for replacements and substitute. We also coordinate services with a watch center at a different location for watches that require repair services, and offer repairs for watches that are out of warranty.
We pass along a special FedEx expedited freight discount from our fulfillment center to Time Pieces International to significantly reduce their shipping costs.
Security cameras enable Time Pieces International to view our warehouse operations, in real-time, via the internet. A dedicated client liaison is assigned to make the Global Response warehouse function as a seamless part of the Time Pieces International.
Finally, continuous and open communication between the fulfillment center and the main office in the UK provide an integrated and complete third party fulfillment service, remotely.
